This coffee was tasted as espresso at a temperature of 91°C for 30 ml (28gr) in 22 seconds. The average degassing took place in 60 hours. Dark hazelnut colored cream with grey nuances. This coffee has an extraordinary body and an unthinkable sweetness that perfectly balance the natural bitterness of Robusta’s. The scents are of wood and cocoa.
